Public adjuster bonds.
Every state we write.

How it works

Public adjuster bonds, in plain terms

A licensing prerequisite that protects the policyholder you represent.

Who needs one

Anyone licensed as a public adjuster — the professionals who negotiate property claims on behalf of policyholders rather than for the carrier. Most states bond them at licensing and renewal.

What it protects

The policyholder. The common claim is claim proceeds that passed through the adjuster and never reached the insured, or fees taken in excess of the statutory cap.

How the amount is set

By state statute, typically a flat figure per licence. Because it is fixed, the price is known before you apply and appears on each state page.
