Call Order #210 (Contract 260269): GRADE, DRAIN, BRIDGE, AND SURFACE

Perform grade, drain, bridge and surface construction for 0.871 miles of County Road (South Indian Road). Roadway work includes clearing and grubbing, unclassified, muck and rock excavation and borrow, salvaged topsoil, silt fence and dike, sodding, seeding, mulching, mowing, aggregate base, processing existing base and surface, separator fabric, traffic bound surface, tack and prime coat, Superpave Type S3 and S4, structural excavation, concrete, reinforcing steel, riprap, pipe and pipe-arch culverts, culvert end treatments, removals, sawing pavement, guardrail and end treatments, fencing, and mailbox installations. Bridge work includes substructure excavation, granular backfill, approach slabs, saw-cut grooving, concrete rail, structural steel, bearing assemblies, concrete, reinforcing steel, HP 14X73 piles with pilot holes, expansion joints, underdrains, riprap with filter blanket, and removal of existing bridge structure. Traffic work includes signs, posts, delineators, striping, portable longitudinal barrier, construction signs, barricades, warning lights, channelizers, flaggers and message signs. Waterline work includes air relief valves, valves, tapping sleeves, hydrants, HDPE casing and pipe, directional bores, installation, service and wet connections, fittings, restraints, and pressure testing and disinfection. Also provide construction staking Level II, SWPPP documentation and management, and mobilization over 450 calendar days.
