The project involves grading, draining, and surfacing 4.162 miles of county road (Pierce Road/EW-109) from 4.1 miles west of the SH-150 intersection extending east near Lake Eufaula State Park. Work items include clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation (46,922 CY), embankments (36,434 CY), salvaged topsoil, temporary silt fence (4,440 LF), temporary silt dike (1,939 LF), solid slab sodding (98,904 SY), vegetative mulching (21 AC), mowing (42 AC), aggregate base type A (311 CY), stabilized subgrade (69,696 SY), traffic bound surface course type E (463 TON), tack coat (5,034 GAL), prime coat (24,395 GAL), Superpave type S3 (15,244 TON), Superpave type S4 (7,451 TON), structural excavation (103 CY), class AA concrete (339 CY), class C concrete (2,090 CY), reinforcing steel (28,862 LB), type I plain riprap (4,887 TON), various sizes of reinforced concrete pipe and corrugated galvanized steel pipe, prefabricated culvert end sections, culvert end treatments, removal of structures and obstructions, removal of fence (26,120 LF), removal of asphalt pavement (50,376 SY), removal of guardrail (424 LF), sawing pavement (1,221 LF), beam guardrail (75 LF), guardrail end treatments (12 EA), fence (WWF and SWF styles), mailbox installation (single and multiple), removal and resetting of mailboxes, removal of existing signs, removal and resetting of existing signs, sheet aluminum signs (66.26 SF), square tube posts (84 LF), traffic striping (plural-component, 4" and 24" wide), construction signs (various sizes), construction barricades (type III), warning lights (type A), construction staking level II, SWPPP documentation and management, and mobilization.
