This is a Request for Quote for Gastroscope and Colonoscope systems for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System Gastroenterology Department. This RFQ is Brand Name or Equal to Olympus Brand Scopes and Unrestricted. See attached RFQ 1449 which includes full Instructions to Offerors, and Statement of Work with equipment list and other attachments.
All offers shall be received by the CO no later than 05:00 PM CT Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

The contractor shall furnish and facilitate all labor, transportation, parts, test equipment, tools, travel, supervision, and expertise necessary to deliver and perform this contract. This includes providing video system centers, flexible video colonoscopes, slim colonoscopes, gastrointestinal videoscopes, duodenoscopes, ultra-slim gastroscopes, monitors, and various cables and converters. The contractor must install, test, and train staff on the equipment, ensure compatibility with Provation, and provide a one-year support program covering scope replacement, loaners, repairs, and 24-hour phone support. All equipment must be FDA compliant and interface with DICOM, HL7, Highland Midware, and Provation.
