The vendor shall provide a light breakfast upon arrival and a full buffet-style lunch, including three meat/protein selections plus a separate vegan entrée, along with all necessary service supplies, staffing for setup, service, replenishment, and cleanup. The venue is My Brother's Workshop, St. Thomas, VI, and the event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with lunch at 12:30 p.m.
