The contractor will supply and deliver a range of cereal products, including Corn Flakes, Cream of Wheat, Creamy White Wheat Farina, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, Gluten Free Multigrain Cheerios, Oatmeal, and Raisin Bran, in specified pack sizes and quantities. Deliveries are to be made to the primary location at NYC DOC Riker's Island, Central Freezer, Gate #5, 18-18 Hazen Street, East Elmhurst, NY 11370, and potentially to other points within New York City as detailed on individual purchase orders. The contractor must adhere to delivery schedules, schedule appointments, and follow specific packaging and labeling requirements. The contract is a requirements contract with an estimated total value of $890,000.
