The purpose of this Requirements Contract is to procure Sauces, Seasonings and Spices for the City of New York, with the sponsoring agency being the Administration for Children's Services. The contract will be for an eighteen-month term. The awarded vendor must deliver products that comply with specified food specifications, including mayonnaise & salad dressing per NYC spec #14-C-40:23. The bid sheet includes 64 line items under Class 1, each with specific brand or equal requirements, packaging, and sample submission provisions. The contract is subject to the New York City Purchase Contract and the Rules of the Procurement Policy Board. Deliveries shall be made to various points within the City, and the selected vendor must comply with all applicable provisions of the New York City Food Standards.
