The selected vendor will supply processed fresh and frozen foods including frozen fruits and vegetables (NYS grown and others), plant-based burritos, empanadas, meatballs, burger patties, and dumplings; prepared items like lasagna, beef empanadas, chicken dumplings, chicken empanadas, and pizza pockets/calzones; processed items such as beef patties, beef & soy burgers, Belgian waffles, plant-based breakfast sausage, chicken patties, hummus, hashbrowns, pancakes, sliced smoked turkey breast, and turkey patties; salads (egg salad and tuna salad); sandwiches (peanut butter and jelly); and blended items (beef & mushroom meatballs, blended beef burger patties, chicken classic meatballs). Delivery will be made to various points within New York City as detailed in the contract.
