The contractor must supply and deliver a variety of kosher meal components and grocery items, including chicken dinners, fish dinners, vegetarian meals, lasagna, matzo, grape juice, and gefilte fish, in specified packaging and quantities, to DOC locations, primarily Riker's Island. Deliveries are required weekly, and the contractor must schedule appointments and comply with detailed delivery and palletizing instructions. All items in Classes 1-4 must be NY State Sourced.
