The contract requires the selected vendor to supply and deliver a range of dairy and dairy alternative products, including whole dry milk powder, skimmed milk, low-fat milk, Greek yogurt, various cheeses, fresh eggs, margarine, and soy milk. Deliveries are to be made weekly to various DOC locations, primarily Riker's Island Central Freezer. The vendor must comply with NYC Local Law 50 (New York State food sourcing), NYC Food Standards, and submit detailed product sourcing data for the Good Food Purchasing initiative. All pricing is FOB destination, unloaded, and inside.
