The selected vendor will supply a variety of dry and wet condiments, seasonings, and sauces, including items such as Adobo Seasoning, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Cajun Spice, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Curry Powder, Garam Masala, Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt, Jerk Seasoning, Oregano, Paprika, Potassium Salt, Sage Powder, Taco Seasoning, Thyme, Turmeric, Vegetable Soup Base, Vegetable Stock Base, Browning & Seasoning Sauce, Chopped Garlic, Mayonnaise Style Salad Dressing, Soy Sauce, Sweet Pickle Relish, Teriyaki Sauce, Cider Vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce. Delivery shall be made to various points within New York City. The contract includes requirements for food label submission, New York State sourcing, compliance with NYC Food Standards, and potential taste test evaluations by the Department of Correction.
