The successful bidder will supply and deliver Halal beef (e.g., IMPS# 170A bottom rounds, stewing beef, blended ground beef), Halal turkey (boneless fillet breast, ground, thighs), Halal chicken (boneless fillet breast, leg quarters, thighs), and Halal lamb (for stewing), all NY State sourced where specified. Deliveries are to be made FOB destination, unloaded inside, primarily to the DOC's Central Freezer at Riker's Island and potentially other points within NYC. The contract requires weekly deliveries, adherence to NYC food standards, Halal certification, and compliance with Good Food Purchasing reporting requirements.
