The selected vendor must deliver HALAL processed fresh and frozen foods, including items such as beef patties, chicken patties, turkey patties, empanadas, dumplings, and blended entrees, to various NYC Department of Correction locations. Deliveries must be made Monday through Friday between 6am and 12pm noon, with weekly deliveries required. The vendor must schedule appointments for delivery and adhere to specific packaging, labeling, and palletizing requirements.
