1.1. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for supply and delivery of coffee and tea to the State of New Hampshire with product list and requirements indicated in the SCOPE OF WORK and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract.
The vendor supplies all labor, tools, transportation, materials and equipment to deliver coffee, tea and filters to state facilities within five business days of order, palletized and delivered to receiving docks, provides a web-based ordering system, an account representative, quarterly usage reports, and meets performance guarantees for on-time delivery, fill rate and miss picks.
