Category: PERSONNEL SERVICES NON-IT
The contractor will provide COBRA administration services including general administration, required notices (initial rights notification, qualifying event eligibility and election notices, early termination notices, open enrollment letters), premium billing/collection/custodial accounts (providing portal login, offering payment options, collecting and remitting premiums), continuant communications and ongoing administration (address changes, coverage extensions for disability or second qualifying events), online access and reporting (real-time access, web portal for MDOC notifications), customer service (toll-free line), and transition/records management at contract expiration or termination. Most Mississippi work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
