The Contractor will provide one designated paralegal to attend all KBLPC meetings and assist the OLS board counsel with drafting memoranda, correspondence, and other documents relating to actions taken by the board, assist with the preparation and submittal of draft regulations and any required forms at the direction of the KBLPC and perform duties attendant to obtaining approval of proposed regulations and forms; and assist the OLS board counsel in administrative proceedings under KRS Chapter 13B and in civil actions.
