The successful bidder must purchase and remove a house located at 12200 Honey Creek Place, Moravia, IA 52571, within Honey Creek State Park. The structure must be removed no later than May 31, 2027, and the site left free of debris. The bidder is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, including a Sovereign Lands Permit, and must deposit all solid waste in a permitted sanitary landfill. Any tree removal or trimming must be approved by DNR staff. The successful bidder has the option to take or leave the attached deck.
