The contractor provides all labor, materials and management to remove multiple layers of old roofing, about 12,000 Sq Ft, down to the concrete deck, remove the drip edge, install a 1/8" tapered ISO system, fully adhere a white 50 MIL PVC single ply membrane, install curbs and boots at penetrations, terminate edges with a termination bar into existing gutters, and provide a 20-year NDL manufacturer warranty.
