The general scope is a roof recover at modified bitumen roof areas including installing an adhered 60-mil white fleeceback TPO system, full replacement of flashings, one-way breather vents, fascia, new overflow scuppers, flashing existing and primary scuppers, new perimeter flashings, demolition and preparation of existing membrane, wood nailers and plywood sheathing, TPO base and penetration flashings, new roof drain, walkway pads, wall ladder, 24 ga Kynar coated sheet metal, sealants, painting of exposed ferrous metals, and temporary displacement then reinstallation of the lightning protection system with repair and recertification, plus skylight replacement and replacement of wooden stairs with a wall ladder.
