Gwinnett County Fire Station #18 Roof Replacement Project
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified
contractors for the Gwinnett County Fire Station #18 Roof Replacement Project. Sealed bids will be
received by the Gwinnett County Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until
2:50 P.M. local time on December 3, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 P.M. The bid
opening will be held VIRTUALLY ONLY on Microsoft Teams. To access the opening, use the following link

242 857 808 183 105 and Passcode: oZ7pL3rX. Any bid received after 2:50 P.M. will not be accepted. Bid
envelope should be marked on the outside with Bid Number, name of Bidder, date and time of opening. One
unbound original and two (2) copies should be submitted.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, installation of new rigid insulation and standing
seam metal roof system on existing steel deck. Replacement includes all associated flashing, gutters, and
downspouts.
When applicable, the County shall obtain all rights of way and easements required for the project unless
otherwise specified.
