Construction of traffic signal installation No. 1 at Hwy 85 @ Hwy 85 Connector, including steel strain poles, pullbox, battery backup, steel wire strand cable, directional bore, grading, aggregate base and surfacing, recycled asphalt patching, leveling and Superpave, tack coat, milling, concrete sidewalk, median and curb and gutter, storm and side drain pipe with safety end sections, rip rap, guardrail and anchorage and terminal, highway signs and posts, thermoplastic striping and markers, traffic control, erosion control, grassing, lime and fertilizer, and a construction allowance pay item.
