THE CITY OF ALBANY IS SEEKING COMPETITIVE SEALED BIDS FOR A ONE-YEAR FIRM PRICE CONTRACT TO PROVIDE POLYMER FLOCCULANTS FOR THE WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT WITH TWO (2) OPTIONS TO RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL ONE -YEAR TERMS PER GA LAW 36-60-13 FOR MULTI-YEAR CONTRACTS.
The contractor must provide Polymer Flocculants (Pt-1128 CT, IC-7268, or equivalent) in bulk and in ten IBC containers. Delivery must be F.O.B. Albany, GA, with freight prepaid and included in the price. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment. A forklift is available for offloading at ground level, and delivery must include a pallet jack or other means to move totes to the rear of the delivery trailer. A new dewatering process is being installed, and product will eventually transition from totes to bulk delivery.
