The Contractor shall perform all Work and other construction work/services necessary at the School District in accordance with the respective Plans, Specifications and Minimum Compliance Requirements set forth in APPENDIX A. The work includes demolition of existing asphalt, concrete, and basketball hoops; installation of a 9-foot asphalt walking track, synthetic turf areas, poured-in-place rubber surfacing, concrete sidewalks and curbing, drainage systems (perforated draintile, storm pipe, catch basins), aggregate base courses, geotextile fabric, topsoil and seeding, landscaping (deciduous trees, lawn restoration), and installation of site amenities such as benches, tables, fitness equipment, basketball hoops, and signage. The project also includes grading, subdrainage, and all associated earthwork and site improvements as shown on the drawings and specifications.
