Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. Legally Prevailing Time in Athens, Georgia on 11/11/2026 for the UGA R/V Savannah Haul Out-Maintenance and Repair located in Savannah, GA. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.
There is a Mandatory site visit. The site visit begins promptly at 11:00 a.m on Monday, October 26. Meeting location is 10 Ocean Science Ci, Savannah, GA 31411. Please note that due to space constraints, attendance at the site visit will be limited to four representatives per bidder.
You must email coleman.jones10@uga.edu with your attendee information by Wednesday, October 21. Attendees that are not mentioned in the email will not be accepted at the site visit.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, for the successful completion of the aforementioned project. Single Award: Any contract award resulting from the Invitation to Bid will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom the University of Georgia has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
