The City of Norcross is requesting Sealed Proposals for the citywide landscape maintenance services for designated areas within the City of Norcross as illustrated in attached exhibits. The landscape maintenance work will include, but is not limited to, grass cutting, edging, blowing/sweeping, weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, aeration, overseeding, fire ant control, irrigation, seasonal annual bed design, biannual bed planting, trash removal throughout City outdoor areas, and a fertilization and weed control program. The City intends to award a 5-year contract with automatic renewals to one company. All work must be conducted according to industry standards. Proposals are due on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern in the form of 2 paper copies and 1 digital (USB) copy. There will be an optional, highly recommended, pre-proposal meeting on October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Norcross Public Works building, located at 345 Lively Avenue Norcross, Georgia 30071. Site visits will occur following the meeting. Please submit questions/requests via e-mail only to procurement@norcrossga.net by 5:00 p.m. on October 19, 2026.
