The following Schedule of Events represents the Owner’s best estimate of the schedule that will be followed.
All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the schedule as
the Owner deems necessary.
Provide construction management at-risk services for an approximately 40,000 gross square foot Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Technology Building on the Columbia County campus, including preconstruction and construction-phase management of seminar classrooms, advanced manufacturing and engineering laboratories, faculty and administrative offices, student engagement and support spaces, maker space, computer laboratory and outdoor amenities, with a preliminary construction cost of $24,500,000, design completion anticipated September 2027, 15 months to material completion, Georgia Peach certification with commissioning, and use of E-Builder for contract administration.
