The Camden County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals to furnish all labor, equipment,
and materials for the renovation of the gas station infrastructure at the NEX Mini Mart & Gas Station
located on Naval Submarine Base Kingsbay.
SUBMISSION: One (1) original and three (3) copies of required proposal document must be submitted in
a sealed envelope marked “GAS STATION RENOVATION NAVAL BASE KINGSBAY” Proposal
#P27-4200-09, mailed or dropped off at the address below.

The proposal opening will be conducted in person on October 15th, 2026, at 2:30PM, in the historic court
room, located at 200 East 4th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569. Proposal prices will not be read.
Proposals will be accepted at the above address until the time and date specified above, and immediately after
will be publicly opened and contractor names only will be read aloud.
Proposals received after the required time or in any other location other than the Purchasing Office will not be
accepted. Camden County will not be held liable for misdirected deliveries nor deliveries that are late due to
shipping carrier. Faxed submissions will not be accepted.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to execute a turn-key replacement of the existing fuel storage, dispensing, electrical, and Point-of-Sale (POS) infrastructure at the NEX Mini Mart on Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. The work includes decommissioning and removing four existing 10,000-gallon underground storage fuel tanks, installing four new 10,000-gallon double-wall fiberglass-coated steel USTs, approximately 1,200 linear feet of new product piping, six Gilbarco Encore 700s dispensers, a Veeder-Root TLS-450 Plus ATG system, a Gilbarco BRCM2 pump communication unit, a Dual Verifone C18 POS register system, new canopy reimaging and LED lighting, and all associated civil, electrical, and concrete works. The project must comply with federal, state, and DoD environmental and safety standards, and be completed within 90 days following Notice to Proceed, with a final completion date of April 30, 2027.
