CPW Trust Workshops Development and Facilitation

The contractor will develop and conduct 4 in-person workshops, 3 virtual workshops, and an additional in-person or virtual workshop for CPW staff representing diverse programs, regions, and positions and external partners including sportspersons, landowners, and conservation and recreation organizations, each engaging at least 40 participants with a consistent core curriculum customized with audience-specific examples, incorporating the Stern and Baird Trust Ecology Framework, with biweekly planning meetings during November through January, workshops between January and June 2027, per-session pricing inclusive of planning, travel, and administrative costs, and post-workshop recap resources capturing actionable items and participant reference materials.
