The vendor will facilitate four virtual World Languages Advisory Team meetings per year (FY27 and FY28), develop agendas, send invitations, present content, take notes, summarize feedback, and provide annual summaries. In FY28, the vendor will develop a Best Practices Manual for MA World Languages Programs, including course outcome matrices, a guidance document, and webinar slide decks. The vendor will also support districts in collecting and analyzing proficiency data.
