Tri Leadership Resources will provide comprehensive association management and support services for all Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs), including association and Board governance and training, membership and chapter development, advisor mentoring and support, student leadership development, conference and event management, industry partnerships and sponsorship development, communications, marketing, advocacy, public relations, financial support, and technical assistance. Services will include recruiting and supporting new chapters and advisors; collaborating with existing Advisor Mentors; conducting outreach to schools, educators, and industry partners; tracking stakeholder communications and engagement; providing student officer and leadership training; and coordinating state conferences and events through pre-conference planning, general session coordination, logistics, on-site management, and event specialist support.
