Replace three complete HVAC systems, each consisting of an outdoor condensing unit and indoor air handler located in the attic space. Conduct a site assessment to verify equipment, electrical service, supports, duct connections, line-set routes, condensate routing, controls, access routes, and other conditions affecting the work. Include new refrigerant line sets for each system, properly sized and installed per manufacturer instructions and applicable codes. Provide new plastic secondary drain/drip trays beneath all attic air handlers, with suitable supports and drainage arrangements. Include condensate pumps wherever gravity drainage is not practical or where required, plus associated piping, check valves, supports, and electrical/control connections. Provide primary condensate drain piping and secondary/overflow protection as required by code and manufacturer instructions. Reconnect or replace electrical disconnects, whips, wiring, breakers, controls, thermostats, and related components as necessary for a complete, code-compliant installation. Reconnect existing ductwork and transitions, include minor sheet-metal modifications, seal disturbed connections, and verify airflow. Include equipment supports, vibration isolation, penetrations and sealing, weatherproofing, line-set covers where exposed, and restoration of areas disturbed by the work. Recover existing refrigerant and remove and legally dispose of replaced equipment and associated debris. Start up, test, and commission each system. Provide manufacturer warranties and at least a one-year labor/workmanship warranty unless a longer period is offered.
