HVAC Replacement - MI

The contractor must remove the existing wood-fired boiler, replace the existing LP gas boiler with a new 150,000 BTU LP gas cast iron natural draft 84-86% efficient boiler, update all boiler piping and trim to current standards, update the circulator, expansion tank, water feed and air elimination system, replace pneumatic controls with electronic zone valves connected to standard low voltage thermostats, remove the compressor and pneumatic controls, and install a voltage monitor to protect boiler electronics during power outages or brownouts. The contractor must also dispose of old equipment and ensure new equipment is tied into new controls and tested.
