The contractor shall perform planning, scheduling, coordination, management control and execution of site power upgrade efforts to ensure completion of power surveys, procurement and delivery of installation bill of materials (IBOM), and development of engineering solutions for power upgrades at all DISN locations covering 396 DISN IP Transport sites, 39,467.00 miles of optical fiber, and 14 SATCOM sites plus 1 International Partner site, including site survey documentation, installation and testing of direct current power upgrades, and decommissioning and disposition of power equipment.
