On-Site Inscription Services at Fort Snelling National Cemetery

The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to perform inscription services on government-owned headstones, markers, and niche covers on-site at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Work includes sandblasting inscriptions using non-hazardous aggregate, applying lithochrome when ordered, and handling emblems of belief. The contractor must provide and maintain a secure portable sandblasting structure, dust-handling equipment, and a generator or power supply. The contractor is responsible for receiving blank monuments via Appendix B, inscribing them per orders, and presenting completed monuments for inspection via Appendix C. Normal delivery is within 10 business days; accelerated delivery for casualties of war is required at no extra cost. The contractor must also dispose of rejected inscribed monuments within 60 calendar days.
