This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared with format in Subpart 12.2 of the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect per the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The North American Industrial Classification Standard **334220 **applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1,250 EMP. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS.
The Minnesota Air National Guard has plans to issue a firm-fixed price order for the following:
20 Each TruLink Portable Transceivers (Brand Name Only) (see attached Statement of Work)
Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. (IAW PIM 2021-11)

The contractor shall provide 20 each TruLink Portable Transceivers, part number 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28, which are approved by AMC as Safe-to-Fly and listed on the Aeromedical Evacuation In-Flight medical kits table of allowance 887A version 7. The transceivers must provide wireless communication abilities between units, not interfere with other communications, and be small and lightweight for use on aircraft. Shipping is also required. All materials shall be warranted for a minimum of 1 year.
