The contractor shall manufacture and deliver F-15 SMDC Cord Sets (explosive cord sets) for the F-15 ejection system. The items include NSN 1377-01-333-9317ES (CLIN 0001 and 0002, 10 KT each) and NSN 1377-01-069-7777ES (CLIN 0003, 20 KT), plus a data CLIN (0004, NSP). Delivery is required 18 months after receipt of order. The contractor must comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, CMMC Level 1 cybersecurity, qualification requirements per the JFQR, UID marking per CAD/PAD Item Marking Instruction, and all applicable DFARS clauses. The work includes inspection at origin, acceptance at origin, and compliance with hazardous material, safety, and export control regulations.
