This is the $6,000 TABC performance bond — a higher amount a Retailer Dealer's On-Premise (BE) license holder files after repeat forfeitures of a performance bond. Our price is $100 flat — the price you see is the checkout price, set by our carrier's rate book for this bond. The bond issues the moment you pay — no credit review of any kind, not even a soft pull.

Performance bonds are the simplest thing in surety. Here's the entire process:
Business details, the license city, and an effective date. No financials, no credit section, no follow-up scavenger hunt.
Small fixed performance bonds like this are among the bond types that issue right after purchase. At most, 1–2 business days.
Your executed performance bond and power of attorney arrive by email, ready to attach to your TABC application or reinstatement. Wet-ink original mailed on request.
A TABC performance bond is a compliance guarantee: it stands behind your promise to operate your beer license in accordance with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and the rules of the Commission. It is required only of certain on-premise retailers in Bexar, Dallas, Harris, and Tarrant counties who do not hold a Food and Beverage (FB) certificate.
It's a three-party arrangement: you (the principal), the surety carrier, and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (the obligee). If TABC forfeits the bond after a code or rule violation, the Commission can recover against it — and, if the surety pays, you repay the surety.
This is the higher $6,000 tier. The performance-bond amount escalates with forfeitures — $2,000 first, then $4,000, then a still-larger amount such as $6,000. We track your bond and notify you 60 and 30 days before expiration so your license filing stays continuous.
These are the actual issuing fields — no credit section, because this application collects no credit information.
