This is a competitive solicitation for a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE) task order under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle. This requirement is for engineering, technical, programmatic, and software development support services for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in support of Submarine Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) and Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM and E) systems.
