The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies and materials to perform janitorial services at five Richmond area National Cemeteries: City Point, Fort Harrison, Glendale, Richmond, and Seven Pines. Work includes daily cleaning of eight public restrooms (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm), emptying five exterior trash receptacles daily and cleaning them monthly, daily cleaning of the Fort Harrison Historic Lodge (including offices, kitchen, and employee restroom), and semi-annual cleaning of all lodge windows, carpets, and air vents. The contractor must provide and maintain supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers, and complete daily restroom checklists.
