Vocera Badge Replacement VISN 23

The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, hardware, software, licenses, and warranty for the procurement of new Vocera badges to replace current B3000N badges at multiple VISN 23 sites. The procurement includes B7000 Sync Badges, V5000 Smartbadges, batteries, chargers, lanyards, clips, headsets, cables, FIPS 140-3 device licenses, messaging add-ons, premier support, and warranty extensions. Equipment must be new, state of the art, and fully compatible with the existing Vocera communication systems without requiring additional servers or integrations. The contractor must deliver to specified VA medical centers in Iowa City, Fort Meade (SD), Des Moines, Minneapolis, Omaha, and Fargo. No onsite services are included; unboxing and setup are the VA's responsibility.
