Ophthalmic Stretcher

The contractor shall deliver and install three AneticAid QA3 Ophthalmic Stretchers (or equal) to the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC. The stretchers must meet detailed specifications including surgical access of minimum 22 inches on head end, minimum length 65 inches, maximum length 88 inches, width 31 inches, foam antimicrobial latex-free water-resistant mattress, removable dual-articulating headrest with tilt 0 to -87/+45 degrees, patient weight capacity minimum 700 lbs, full length vertically operated siderails, height range 19.5 to 30 inches when horizontal, hand pendant and foot end power controls, adjustable power backrest (0 to +70 degrees), knee adjustment (0 to +30 degrees), chair position, CPR button, Trendelenburg position minimum 10 degrees, 5th wheel steering, total lock casters, cylinder trough, IV pole, and integrated push handles. Delivery and installation shall occur within 60 days of award after scheduling with the COR.
