The contractor shall provide and deliver 1% milk, skim milk, chocolate milk, and whole milk in 0.5-pint containers (50 per case) to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. Deliveries shall be made at least twice per week (normally Tuesday and Thursday) between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. local time, FOB Destination to Building 70 Dock. All milk must be delivered no later than 72 hours after pasteurization and maintained at 32–40°F during transport, holding, and delivery. The contractor shall submit a HACCP plan and a capability narrative as part of the technical offer.
