This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA700026Q0110 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for the purchase and installation of brand name projectors and soundbars, removal and haul away of old projectors IAW Attachment 1 — Statement of Work (SOW). Please see Attachment 3- Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A) for the brand name Epson BrightLink 1485Fi Interactive Projectors and AVerMedia GS68-C Soundbars.
This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The contractor must supply 285 Epson BrightLink 1485Fi projectors and 249 AVerMedia GS68-C soundbars; professionally install 270 projectors and 244 soundbars across 243 classrooms in Buildings 2354 and 2355 at USAF Academy, CO; de-install, pack, and transport 270 legacy projectors to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) at Fort Carson, CO; perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work, including mounting, wiring, testing, calibration, cleanup, and obtaining a signed DD Form 1348-1A receipt from DRMO.
