The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to install two-inch non-metallic conduit and pull boxes from the Ranger Office to the Work Center at a minimum depth of 18 inches, install 8-strand outdoor fiber optic cable from the Office network closet to the Work Center network closet, backfill areas around conduit and pull boxes to natural grade, and seed, fertilize, and mulch all disturbed areas in accordance with specifications.
