Selected vendors will operate food trucks on St. Francis Street adjacent to Naftzger Park or operate alcohol service locations within the park. Vendors must provide all vehicles, equipment, supplies, and staffing. Alcohol vendor must provide security personnel for the alcohol consumption area. Vendors must comply with all health, safety, and licensing requirements, maintain continuous operation during event hours (anticipated 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on March 16–17, 2027), and pay a flat fee to the City.
