The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, replacement parts, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to inspect, test, maintain, diagnose, repair, and restore generators and associated components to operational condition. Services include monthly preventive maintenance (visual inspections, engine/alternator/control system checks, fuel/exhaust/cooling system inspections, battery/charger tests, oil/filter changes, coolant analysis, ATS inspection, load bank testing), operational testing (monthly no-load and load testing, verifying automatic startup/transfer/shutdown), annual load bank testing, corrective maintenance and repair services (diagnostic troubleshooting, emergency repairs, electrical/mechanical/fuel system repairs, control panel/alternator/starter/ATS repairs, replacement of defective components), and emergency response services (telephone response within 1 hour, on-site within 4 hours for critical facilities, continuous repair efforts until restored). The contractor must coordinate with government representatives, submit monthly test reports, and invoice per release purchase orders against the master blanket purchase order.
