The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to perform inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response services for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Isolation Electrical Power Panels at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center. Work includes visual inspection, cleaning, infrared thermal scanning, operational testing, battery testing, lubrication, coordinated generator functional testing, LIM testing, ground-fault testing, and torque verification. The contractor must provide routine service reports within 48 hours, emergency repair reports within 24 hours, and an annual executive summary within 30 days. Emergency response requires on-site arrival within four hours of a call and a 24/7 answering/call center at no additional charge.
