The University of Texas at Health Science Center Tyler (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms (Respondents) to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") contracts for on-call professional architectural and engineering services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.
The selected firms will provide professional A/E services on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders. Services may include building renovations and remodeling; classroom, laboratory, office, healthcare, and clinical renovations; interior finish renovations; building additions and expansions; accessibility/TAS improvements; life-safety improvements; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural modifications; roofing and building-envelope improvements; site, utility, deferred-maintenance, energy-efficiency, infrastructure, parking, and pedestrian improvements; and other related capital improvement projects. New construction projects may occasionally be assigned but are not anticipated to constitute the majority of the work.
