The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction, on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and Prairie View A&M University, is soliciting statements of qualifications for selection of an Architect/Engineer firm for the Public and Allied Health Facility project at Prairie View A&M University located in Prairie View, Texas in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.
The School of Public and Allied Health (SPAH) facility project will meet future enrollment demand while providing modern training and research environments. The new SPAH complex will include specialty laboratories supporting academic and research activities for the Divisions of Kinesiology, Physical Education, Health, and Public Health, as well as flexible classrooms of various sizes and workspaces for SPAH administration, faculty, and staff.
