This project involves the replacement and upgrade of HVAC systems at the Johnson Building and the Legorreta Building. The scope of work includes significant mechanical, electrical, and control system upgrades to enhance the performance, efficiency, and longevity of the facilities’ infrastructure.
a. Johnson Building
Replacement of existing HVAC equipment located in the mechanical penthouse
Upgrades to associated mechanical systems, including pumps, piping, and control components.
Installation of new supply and return piping to support the updated systems.
Improvements to the building automation system.
Modifications to the support systems as required for proper integration and operation
b. Legorreta Building
Installation of new mechanical equipment including air-chillers, and pumps.
Installing one new chiller pad foundation
Improvements to mechanical room ventilation, refrigerant safety, and drainage systems.
Selective reuse of existing piping where feasible.
Upgrades to the control systems and electrical service to support new equipment.
